Mama's friend Lyndsay and her baby girl Sidney came to visit us about a week ago. It was nice! They were only here for two days but it was a fun visit. I wasn't really into the baby at first but by the end we got along well. On Sunday it ended up being clear so we went to the zoo. I was VERY disappointed that we didn't take the Max train and I was going to stage a protest right there in the zoo parking lot. Lyndsay needed my help pushing Sidney's stroller though so I decided to go into the zoo with them after all.

This little girl told me to sit next to her so I did.

Sidney's from California so she's never seen trees before. It was quite a treat for her.

On the northwest trail at the zoo! Good thing I remembered to bring my rain boots...

Cheerio, mate.

A few days before the girls arrived until a few days after, I was trying something new at bedtime. When mama or daddy tucked me in, I would hop out of bed and stand next to it despite threats and pleading. It would take an hour or so to get me to stay in bed. And then I would wake up several times a night. I was basically a pill the whole time the girls were here. Or so I'm told. I have to shake things up from time to time. Mama thinks I wasn't feeling well because why else would I not be a perfect little angel?
Here was me meeting Sidney.

And daddy holding Sidney.

And Sidney riding on me.

That Sidney's a cutie. I'll have to look her up in a few years.
