Go Thzoo!

We have been very delinquent lately on posting. Mama's been super busy keeping up with work and school. So my laptop access has been limited. Sorry, I think it's going to be like that for a while.

Last weekend mama and daddy decided to take me to the thzoo! Baba D. got to come too.

I see a train....!!!!
Well, we thought we were going to get there just in time to go on a train ride but I guess the schedules are different on Sundays. I was pretty disappointed that we had to wait but we decided to walk around and look at the animals in the meantime.

Excited to be in line to see the new baby "yeh-yeh-funt".

After baby Sam, the train! We were third in line so I picked out great seats for us. I love the train. This time it was a short ride but still super fun.
Mama remembered to bring me little snacks for the train. I got to eat "yummy bears" and a couple of "lelly beans".

Then time to get food! Mama asked what I wanted to eat and of course I told her "chicken whips and yies". I also get to have chocolate milk instead of regular milk when we're at the thzoo.

Nice "yeep"

After lunch daddy got an elephant ear to share with me. Fried dough and sugar. Bounce! Bounce! Bounce! Boing! Boing! I go fast!

I believe this was the penguin exhibit but we think this is just a cool pic.

All done at the zoo! Past my naptime but not a cranky boy in sight.

Greetings and Salutations

Helloooo! It's been a couple weeks, I think, since I've added a new post. Things have been absolutely wild here! Mama went to Toronto for work two weeks ago. For some strange reason, the shirt she brought back for me says "CANADA". Looks like a made up word to me. I just spell out the letters and say "C-A-N-A-D-A......Ian!" Because surely everything spells Ian.

Then last week Mama started school. She was gone for several days at a place that has some ducks, I guess. She brought me a shirt from there, too. What is it with mamas and shirts? I could really just go for some candy now and again...

I know so many words now. And more importantly, I know how to say them. Even more importantly, I can put them together in ways that make people laugh.

(mama getting my video ready for the vcr) "Put it in! Put it in now!"
(mama getting my mac & cheese ready for dinner, too slowly) "No wait more now!"
(mama putting my dodo pants on before bed) "Bye bye, penis!"

And I've got some great dance moves now. I raise the roof with my hands. It makes uncle dodo laugh really really hard. Maybe we'll get some video soon.

Speaking of dodo, I've got a shirt that he gave me that is a jersey for some european soccer (football?) team. It's pretty big for me but this morning I really wanted to wear it. C'est beau, non?
