Train videos

I'm adding these two videos because they're my favorites. Everytime I see the video camera I want to watch the "train videos". No, mama, not that one. Not that one. The train one!!!!

I am putting them here so I will be able to watch them whenever I feel like it. As long as there's a computer around. And an internet connection...

At the Pumpkin Patch

This weekend we went to a pumpkin patch! I was very excited to go because mama told me she heard they had a train and a boat there. So on Saturday we got ready to go bright and early. It was a really pretty October day, we were lucky there was no rain and it was sunny and cold.

We got there soon after they opened. It was already kind of busy. We had to drive mama's pretty car through a bumpy field to get to the parking area. The bumps were fun!

It looked like a big production when we got up to the ticket trailer. Mama and I asked them what to do and they recommended a train ride out to the pumpkin patch and a paddleboat ride back, since we can take our wheelbarrows on the boat. Yeah! Let's go!

We didn't have to wait long for the train; it was right on schedule. Toot Toot!

All aboard! Come on, mama, let's go!

The train took us through a scary tunnel that had some silly halloween decorations. Then to the pumpkin patch!

We got off the train and found a hay maze that was just my size...

Peek a boo, mama!

Climbed up on top of the pile of hay bales...Daddy wanted me to raise my arms like I was king of the world. I just wanted to dance!

And we were surprised to find that there were PONY RIDES! Yeah, mama didn't even have to ask me. I was all over it. This time I was a big boy and didn't hold on to mama's hand, I held on to the saddle.

Time to find a pumpkin. Daddy had me pick out a wheelbarrow to use. Naturally I chose the largest one. It turned out we needed it, because we picked out three nice pumpkins. I was just planning ahead...

This is the paddleboat I got to ride. I was so excited! I was first in line so I got to go on before anybody else.

Paddleboat is coming!

It was a really great place; there was a dock area that I really liked though mama didn't much.

She finally dragged me away from it and we saw some animals! It wasn't a petting zoo but a farm and I got to see some baby piggies and baby bunnies and a big fat chicken and two baby goats. It was so much fun. I didn't stop smiling all morning and we went to lunch and I got to eat chicken strips and fries and then went home and had a nice big nap. Every day should be like this one.

Bucket O' Cars

Daddy was jealous of Carson's daddy and all the trucks he gets to play with so he asked mama to keep a lookout for something similar.

Mama found a lady selling a box of a hundred matchbox and other similar cars. So we bought it. And we are having a ball with them! My favorites are the Jeep and the school bus. I like to take them all around with me. I point out Jeeps everywhere now.

Daddy - tell mama to keep a lookout for some "too too" trains next!

Go Thzoo!

We have been very delinquent lately on posting. Mama's been super busy keeping up with work and school. So my laptop access has been limited. Sorry, I think it's going to be like that for a while.

Last weekend mama and daddy decided to take me to the thzoo! Baba D. got to come too.

I see a train....!!!!
Well, we thought we were going to get there just in time to go on a train ride but I guess the schedules are different on Sundays. I was pretty disappointed that we had to wait but we decided to walk around and look at the animals in the meantime.

Excited to be in line to see the new baby "yeh-yeh-funt".

After baby Sam, the train! We were third in line so I picked out great seats for us. I love the train. This time it was a short ride but still super fun.
Mama remembered to bring me little snacks for the train. I got to eat "yummy bears" and a couple of "lelly beans".

Then time to get food! Mama asked what I wanted to eat and of course I told her "chicken whips and yies". I also get to have chocolate milk instead of regular milk when we're at the thzoo.

Nice "yeep"

After lunch daddy got an elephant ear to share with me. Fried dough and sugar. Bounce! Bounce! Bounce! Boing! Boing! I go fast!

I believe this was the penguin exhibit but we think this is just a cool pic.

All done at the zoo! Past my naptime but not a cranky boy in sight.
